Nicolas Kutschera studied law together with European law in Würzburg and passed the First State Examination in July 2019. He had been working as a student assistant since December 2015. From October 2019 to November 2021, he completed his legal traineeship, including at Rechtsanwälte Loos and datenschutz Süd, and worked as a research assistant. He was a graduate assistant to Professor Hilgendorf from February 2022 to September 2023. His interests and research focus on data protection law, EU digital policy and the EU regulation of artificial intelligence.
