Conference on the Incorporation of Companies in the Digital Age – 16th and 17th March, 2018

It is a top priority of the European Commission to create a true Digital Single Market. Consequently, the digitalisation of company law is expected to be an important element of the “Company Law Package”, which has been announced for the 21st February, 2018.

The conference will bring together academics and practitioners from different jurisdictions reporting their own opinions and experiences with incorporating companies (be it electronically or not) in their home countries.
