International Summer School

European Model Company Act, 8. - 12. August 2016

The Faculty of Law of the University in Wuerzburg and the Chair for Civil Law, German and European Commercial and Company Law of Prof. Dr. Christoph Teichmann welcome students from all over Europe to the International Summer School concerning the European Model Company Act (EMCA).

The Summer School will provide international students with an overview of the European Model Company Act and will give them a possibility to discuss this new Model Act with Members of the EMCA-Group. For further Information concerning the EMCA please see here.

Thanks to the support of the Universitätsbund Würzburg e.V. the Summer School is free of charge. International students may apply for scholarships amounting to 500€. We are grateful to the Walter Sigle Stiftung (Stuttgart) for offering this funding opportunity.
