Internationales Familien- und Erbrecht einschl. Internationales Zivilverfahrensrecht (2 semester periods per week)
Mondays 4 pm – 8 pm, online

Examenskurs: Höchstrichterliche Rechtsprechung (civil law) (1 semester periods per week)
Wednesdays in the first half of winter term (18 October 2021 – 22 December 2021), 4 pm – 6 pm

Rechtsvergleichung: Einzelne Institutionen (2 semester periods per week, main lecturer: Prof. Dr. Florian Bien)
25 October 2021, 29 November 2021 and 31 January 2022, each 2 pm – 4 pm, lecture hall II (Alte Uni) and online

Saturday exams and mock exams
Exam on 16 October 2021, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Review and discussion of the exam on 27 December 2021, 2 pm – 4 pm, online

Mock exam on 17 March 2022 (civil law I)
Mock exam on 19 March 2022 (civil law II)

The organisation of and registration for the mock exam is carried out by the exam preparation coordination office (Examensvorbereitung). The dates for review and discussion of the exam will be announced in good time.
